My first campaign I actually made money, not app credit. The incentive now is app credit. Now, I totally get that influencer marketing doesn’t always result in actual monetary pay, but Poshmark should have announced the change.
I did notice it when I signed the agreement for the new campaign, but there were a lot of resellers who saw this as a new stream of potential income. Now any credit will need to be converted to new inventory on Poshmark first.
I don’t think I’ll be putting as much effort into advertising for a company that doesn’t pay, but if you are looking for a way to earn more credit for in-app purchases, Poshmark campaigns may still work for you.

I finally reached my goal of becoming a Poshmark Ambassador! I ended up being a bit late in my goal of when I reached it because I always underestimate how much time it takes to list and share. Also, there was a couple of times where I made sales from my closet and that changed my stats.
One moment I would think I was about to hit another level on the Poshmark ambassador goal list, but then I would make sales and those stats would change! For example, I hit 50 listings, but then I would sell some things either on Poshmark, or on another platform and so I would need to delete those active listings, bringing me below 50.
Obviously, getting that small setback to my goal seemed frustrating at first, but the whole point of me aiming toward becoming a Poshmark ambassador was to make more sales. Regardless of whether I was hitting the status or not, I was doing what I set out to do. If it’s the journey makes that happen, that’s alright with me! The destination isn’t really what matters, after all.
Are you a Poshmark Ambassador? How long did it take you, and do you think it was worth the work?
